I initially synced with Media Go and all of my music transferred, but now that I have made some changes on Media Go, I don't know how to make them transfer to my phone. I connect my phone to the computer, and my phone shows up as a F: drive device. I am used to iTunes and there being a Sync button. Any help?
I have a big x10

I just transfer my mp3s manually through the Windows Explorer's interface.
I haven't used Media Go extensively but I just drag and dropped stuff from the top half of the screen to my E: drive (phone memory) on the lower half.
Its not as slick as Iphone (yes I know I will now get slammed for saying that Itunes does it better, but it does - end of) you have to be a bit more proactive with it.
Here's the cardboard door, you can slam yourself into it.
I find itune fairly irritating at times. Could never have gotten used to it when I can just drag and drop.
I consider myself well and truly chastised Darkmax:smileysilly:
Its what you are used to isn't it. I like Itunes for my Ipod but I chose not to have an Iphone cos I personally like the Android ethos more and I lurve my X10 to bits.
Well, I had always hoped for a better PC software to come along for SE's phones but so far things have been rather lackluster.
iTune is probably good if you're used to it, but I find its very demanding dialog a put off. Then again, I have not had to use iTunes since version 1.0.... so I'm not the best judge of it all.
hey atleast u guys get to use it.. i downloaded it but when i put it on my phone... (AKA INSTALLING) it says error
What were you trying to install on your phone? Mediascape should be on it already. I don't think it's a country variant or anything. Have I misunderstood?
nono not mediascape talking about media go
MediaGo is part of Sony Ericsson PC Companion, so just goes on your computer. When you connect your phone to the computer, you can then use MediaGo to transfer music, photo and video files between your phone and the computer. You don't actually have MediaGo on your phone, as such.
