Can not pull down notification bar when phone is unlocked

Hi, 

My Xperia Z3 works fine except that I can't pull down the notification bar when phone is unlocked. However it works when its locked or in auto rotate mode. Any help would be appreciated.

hm.. I think il will go to service because I did factory reset and still cant get it work, thanks for support
