hello. GPS in this phone is poor. Location Services/Status Info/Connection Status -> find some (1-2) satellites, but then immediately lose. so that around. GPS not find my location via Google Maps, shows only through aGPS. It also does not work through TrekBuddy. Firmware I have latest.

In my w995 GPS works without any problem. With aGPS will show my location within 10 seconds. What problem is with c905???

It's true that GPS is operator-independent, but it's the A(ssisted)-GPS I was talking about, which is a service provided by the operator (doesn't work over wifi).This could make all the difference, especially as you mentioned that when using A-GPS on the C905, the satellites appear and then disappear very quickly. Since the GPS/A-GPS works well on your W995, why don't you try using that SIM card in the C905 and see if it makes any difference.

As for the phone repair, this is another troubleshooting option which you might as well try, as it sometimes solves software issues, if indeed that's what the problem is.Other than that, you can always opt to send the phone in for a repair.

aGPS only show, where the satellites are in the sky. only this. connect to these satellites is problem.

I try other options that can be resolved at home, hw repair in servis at the end.

I tried the PC Companion, after I recorded the firmware West-Europe (original Central-Europe), but nothing. GPS satellite to catch, but it also immediately lose.
