Accessing internet via Computer

I have bought new Sony Ericsson w20i Zylo Model. I have broadband connection in my home. I want to surf and download apps through my zylo mobile using my computer internet connection. I hv connected USB and installed PC suite. Please let me knw the step by step process to solve my problem. I mean what are the setting i need to make in phone and what are the settings i need to make in my system.

I checked all the links which has been posted here... so far no help from them... still struck in the same problem.. its not able to connect to the internet of my system.
