In C510, and I think in similar phones, sending photos "to web site" work through MMS messages, It's very useless function.
It would be better if it were possible to send pictures using the built-in email client. I dont want use mms, when I can use internet over bluetooth from my notebook at home.
Also photos in mms reduces resolution and quality of photo, while the e-mail message can be sent with original images.
"Send as email"inconvenient to use, because I need to enter email address, or choice it from contacts.
