I got a new x10 mini but i need arabic softwear speical to write and receive message in arabic languge

I saw somewhere a rumour that Android 2.1 would bring Arabic support with it, but I have read all sorts of things about what 2.1 will bring, and I'm quite sure that they can't ALL be true.
