Hi @Oreole1, sorry to hear about this!
As @uliwooly mentioned, could you please get back to us with which phone model and Android version that you have? You can find this information in Settings > (System) > About phone.
Depending on the device that you have, there should be a Support menu available in the Settings menu where you can tap on "Xperia tests" in the bottom right corner and do the test for both the torch and the camera. How's the camera and torch working in this test?
Let us know how it goes!
Reinstall the update - this should fix it.
Hi @Posie19!
That can be the solution, but there a few more things that can be done before trying to perform a software repair!
Good tip though, so thank you for that!
Could you test your device?
Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test
Oreo
Settings > Support > Tests
Hi again @Oreole1!
In this case, your device will need to be sent in to an authorized service centre so it can be examined by a technician and repaired. Your Local support team will assist you further with this as the service routines and so forth varies between markets and I won't be able to do it from here.
Keep us posted!
