Hello,
I'm experiencing losing bluetooth connection with my iPod Touch. When playing music connection is lost, then the headphones automatically reconnects. I would then have to push play to get the music playing again. This happens every two to three minutes, and usually happens when playing from the Amazon Music app. It seems to work fine when playing music through Apple's music player. Though, when I've played music using both apps, switch from one app to the other, the problems occurs regardless which app I am using. It only clears when I've reset the headphones to orginal factory settings, until I play music using the Amazon Music app.
Could Amazon Music app be the cause of this problem?
