I am having problems with the keyboard. Even when I type slowly, it misses characters. Sometmes the function keys (the blue ones) don't work. They have their own mind so I can't reduce or increase the brightness or volume. I tried the volume with the remote controller. Even that doesn't work. Can someone please help?
