Returning Laptop To Sony to fix Clicking Problem

Now I know the the clicking noise my VGN-FE11S is making is a problem which requires me to return my laptop to Sony for repair, how do I go about arranging this?

What phone number do I call?
What information do I need to have to hand when I call?
How do I best describe the Hard Drive clicking problem so that they will recognise this as the same problem other users have been having?

Find the local number
Call them
They will ask you for your serial number which you can find on the base of the laptop
