Replacement setup disk

Is it possible to get a replacement setup disk for a Vaio? I can't get past the registration process to ask by email, and I've just spent a quarter of an hour on a premium rate phone line listening to a message saying "Please hold the line. One of our agents will be with you shortly", which seems to be verging on a scam 😞 This seems to be my last chance.

I think those are your only options to get a set of discs.

Why do you need a setup disc? do you want to recover your Vaio's system back to factory defaults?

If so, try tapping F10 repeatedly when you turn your Vaio on - when you see the first Vaio logo screen - this will start the hard disc recovery wizard. Make sure you are connected to the mains adapter and do not interrupt the recovery, even if it appears to have stopped.
