Question

Hi..Im trying to do this update but cant find where the downloaded file is. When I clciked to download it it didnt ask me where to store the file soI assume that it is in the standard Vaio location !!! Can anyone shed some light on this for me please..Thanks in advance :smileygrin:

How do I perform this update?
1. Exit all running programs.
2. Download this update and save it to your hard drive.
3. When the download is completed, locate the downloaded file in the location you specified.
4. Double-click EP0000215041.exe to run it.
5. Wait while the wizard updates your software.
6. When the installation is complete, restart the VAIO.

If it's not there have you tried doing a search for EP0000215041.exe.?

Yes Ive looked there and also done a search but nothing comes up...Im wondering if its maybe installed the update automatically ? Was going to download it again to see what happens but obviously the link has gone from the Vaio update window.. :smileyblush:

Hi Hailtic,

You should be able to check the version number that's currently installed, launch Intervideo WinDVD BD for Vaio, then right click on the WinDVD BD for Vaio application window, from the list select Set-Up.

In the new Set-Up window select the Information Tab..

Cheers Thalamus...Its version 10.0.5.164.94956...So I presume that the update installed itself after download..
