Anyway, arrived a few hours ago, now i noticed there is alot of "notifications" when opening programs...
its called user account control...
very annoying, just wondering if that always happens, is there a way to disable it? or should i just leave it?

I believe it is an Instant ON function for playing DVD's etc so you don't have to wait for windows to load thus saving power.

one, left button for the mouse pad is easily depressed compared to the right one, is that normal? even the slightest pressure and you can see the difference between the buttons
Also some times some programs are really slow, but the operating system seems fine, anyway to fix?
also how do i fix videos in the WMP11, so that it plays in WIDESCREEN.
also the CLUB vaio software does seem to work properly anymore, it locks up, anyway to fix?

The left button is most used so tends to wear much quicker so it is fairly normal.
Do you still have Norton installed? Norton causes one of its processes to use a lot of resources when opening some programs and so slowing down there start attempt.
If the video is in widescreen then WMP11 will make it widesceen. Have you tried fullscreen? ALT+Enter.
