Memory stick and Webcam-->Drivers for Vaio(Win7, 32bit)

My Vaio don´t respond to my memory card, and my webcam don´t work. Before, i had Win Vista and worked everything, now i have Win7 and drivers for Win7 and XP are  not communicate with my Vaio. Help please!
