Presumably, if this is your notebook, you set the password – try to remember what you may have used.
If this notebook was passed on to you then contact the previous owner.
There are methods of bypassing the BIOS password but your best action would be to contact Support as, if you can prove ownership, they should be able to help. Also you will need to provide your serial number and correct model number (you are quoting the chassis number) which will be something along the lines of VGN-FJ xxx
