Memory Card Slots Installation Help!

Recently done a format on my laptop and now i don't know how to install the memory card reader in my laptop. I have a VGN N29VN and using Windows Vista.

I downloaded the drivers for them but don't know how to install them, someone help me please.

When you say reformat what did you use to reformat it?

1. The recovery partition/disc?

2. Own copy of the OS?

If it is number one then i suggest doing it again as it should do it automatically.

If number 2 then i would suggest using method 1 as it will do this all for you.

Well had Vista Business on here and i just formated it with a Vista Ultimate disk.

How do i method 1?

Well that will only give you the original OS so thats not an issue.

You need to download both the drivers pack and the utilities pack and install everything.

You need to install these utilities first though in this order then everything else after a reboot:

1. Sony Utilities
2. Sony Shared Library
3. VAIO event service

Had to go in Device manager and use the memory card drivers files for the installation, thanks for the help anywway.
