E-MAIL BOMBING FROM CLUB-VAIO-ENG@EU.SONY.COM

Hello,

When i became member of Club Vaio i entered my e-mail address and then i post a new thread. From that day on i am receiving 2 same emails every hour who look like this:


[Category: English] [Forum: Notebooks]
Thread ["we" need drivers for fz series asap] given to us by costastg

If you do the maths i am receiving 48 mails/day without any reason. My MyWatch list is empty and i am not interested in reading the answers to my thread.Please can you tell me a way to stop it because it is very very annoying and also these emails are making my mailbox full.

Hi there

I'm not sure if this is something you can solve by going into your profile and looking in the 'My Watch' section. You can delete anything listed there.

If not this could be something that you ticked when registering your Vaio and joining CV.
I have escalated this for you.

ok i deleted everything from MyWatch list and i would like to receive this email but the link doesn't help. It's a big problem because this situation destroys my mailbox which is very important for my work. I don't know what else to do. Even in this simple sector vaio causes me a lot of trouble. I really don't know what else to expect.

Hi costastg,

There was indeed a problem where some users were receiving too many emails. We applied a fix a few hours ago, so the issue should be resolved.

Should you still receive as many emails as before, please drop a note.
