Cant find my COA

Hi all

I recently got a new VGN-N11S/W from my insurance company, as I broke my last laptop. However, there was no COA for my XP MCE sticker. I have seen before that you can get it from the pc itself, electronically, but cant for the life of me remember where.

Can someone help please?
