Blue Ray Disc/doesn't play!

Today I inserted BD in my VAIO, but - no result!!!

Appears InterVideo BD VAIO interface, it is written PLAY...and nothing...

Pls advice, may b I'm doing smth wrong?

go2 Vaio update to see if theres an update as youll the 1.1 profile in the drive and also the region coding set on it

give Sony CS a call if that dont work

and BD discs are so dense Win BD 4 Vaio takes a few minutes for it play to start to read the discs

same thing happened to me.I updated windvd from vaio update and it plays now
