Bioshock-FZ11Z

I have the FZ11Z with 256 mb 8400m gt GPU. I would like to play Bioshock with directx 10 but the game crashes after the intro screens. I think it may be a driver problem but Sony have no updated Nvidia drivers. Any ideas?
