Anti-Virus

My Norton Internet Security is coming to the end of its 90 day trial from when I bought my laptop and the £42 subscription fee seems very high so I was thinking of changing to AVG or something like that, that is free or at least cheap! I was just concerned there may me some warranty conditions that mean I have to keep Norton.

Otherwise I'm ditching Norton and opting for the cheaper AVG.

Hi there!

There aren't any strings that bind you to Norton. Go ahead try AVG - its very popular among our members.

Thanks for that, it'll save me a fortune in subscription fees!

you may want to consider some anti-spyware and a firewall in addition to AVG antivirus.

Thanks, I've seen AVG do a free Anti-Spyware and a friend has recommended "PC Tools Firewall Plus version 3.0" which is also free.

Can anyone else recommended these?
