For the past few days, I've tried watching Netflix on my 42" Sony KDL - 42W829B, but keep receiving this message when trying to connect to the internet - my internet is working fine and my 2015 Android TV doesn't have this problem:
Here are the things I've done
- 3 x factory resets
- rebooted and restarted my wireless router
- changed my internet password
- set up a new network
- refreshed network connection
During the three years I've owned this TV set, I've never enncoutned this problem.
Any ideas or suggestions?

I dont suppose you can do a couple of tests:
Some speculation here
What is not clear is why your tv fails to connect to the internet now.
