when I click on My 5 APP, there is no box to enter my password etc. It says use your remote to enter it. There is just a small oblong box at bottom of screen, but does nothing, hope this makes sense!! Sorry I can get demand 5 but unable to enter anything in the search box at bottom of screen. Sorry about confusion , its an age thing lol
