anyone offer any help please. Just purchased a Sony Bravia and Netflix won't run. Tried doing all the resets such as router restart etc and also checked firmware and have the latest but nothing works. Still unable to start the Netflix app

If you are using the TVs wifi, can you test using an ethernet cable instead? Also, do other internet services work - such as iPlayer?

i don't have an Ethernet cable long enough to test the wired connection yet so only tried on wifi. I did have this working by removing the parental controls on my BT hub settings but since then then same problem has reoccured, perhaps just after my son used his playstation on the home wifi? Not sure how this might affect. All other internet services work fine such as I player so just a problem with Netflix. I've tried resetting the broadband and restoring factory settings on the TV etc..
really grateful for any ideas you may have.

Unfortunately it is a known problem. A compatibility issue betwwen HH3 and Netflix on some Sony TVs. The easiest solution is to replace the HH3 with another router like the HH4 or HH5.
