We can’t seem to make the picture larger and to fit the whole screen when watching a film.
when we go to the screen settings they are all greyed out and it says that the function is not available with the current signal?
Does anyone have any ideas how we can sort this please? It seems really strange that we cant alter the picture size to suit us and we have never had this problem with other makes of TV before.
Can you let me know what you're using to watch the movie? Sounds like that specific input isn't allowing the screen size change. Have you tried changing the size on other inputs to see if it works?
I am having a related problem on my KD 55 A1. The picture has a 12mm black gap along the bottom of the screen on all viewing channels. The screen adjust for vertical movement does not do anything. Is this gap normal, or should the picture fill the whole screen ? Any help would be appreciated.
