Bravia KDL-50W656A, internet crash

Hi, i can't use internet navigation, because after a little time ( about one minute) the TV shuts down .

The firmware is the last ( i suppose) : PKG4.600EUB.

Have somebody the same problem? if yes, how did you resolve the problem ?

Welcome to the community.

Yes, the latest firmware is v4.600, which looks right. It might be best to perform a reset or a Factory Data reset on your KDL-50W656A. You can find out how to do this here. Do let us know if this helps.
