Yellowish Screen

I bought T2 Ultra last week and I was very happy till I noticed that white pages or apps using white background turned a bit to yellow compared to my brother's T2 Ultra.. after searching here and there I found out the panel in my bro's phone is made by Japanese company "JDI" and mine has been made by Chinese company "Tianma".. This issue is really bothers me...why I get a lower quality screen and other people get superb ones!

I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with the display in your T2 Ultra Slightly_frowning_Face

The specification i have for the phone doesn't mention any brand for the display but all displays used in this model are 6" IPS displays with Triluminos Display for Mobile and Mobile Bravia Engine 2 which meet our strict quality requirements. But when comparing two phones of the same model it's normal that there may be small differences in color and brightness.

What you can try is to adjust the white balance and brightness under Settings -> Display and if you have any display protector this may also affect the color and brightness.

If you suspect there's something wrong with your phone i recommend that you contact your local support team or a service location to have this checked.

Thx for replying... I found that adjusting white balance is useful.. Now white looks better than before and didn't affect the other colors Slightly_smiling_Face
