Yellow and crack back cover of Xperia T3 (White)

Allow me to express dissatisfaction with your product.
Six months ago, I purchased a smartphone Xperia T3 white on credit.
IMEI
It is not paid for his loan, and the rear side of the case has already turned yellow, near the entrance to the headphone crack, from time to time the sound stops when playing music in headphones, very hot phone. Although very carefully with it, from date of purchase always in firm cover Sony SCR16 Xperia T3 . Why such a low-quality product for a total of more than $ 200? How to be? Go and prove that the smartphone is not because of the client in such a state that it is the plant produces such poor quality smartphones? I ask you to make the customer happy by Sony. Change the cover, or the device or return the amount and take the smarthone. It is better to buy a smartphone in the companies that are responsible for the quality of its products. Where is the loyalty to the customer?
The authorized service center Sony "MT Service" at the address: Russia, Kazan st. Mussina, d.61 g +7 (843) 206-04-13, after initial examination indicated that it is possible to natural wear and tear of the smartphone, and is not supplied warranty repair or replacement. When he saw a crack on the cover next to the headphone , all said that the plant manufactured the more refuses to guarantee the replacement of the cover to the other.
This is not the first device of Sony, which causes me indignation about their quality.
Prior to that I used Xperia SP - the same ... yellowed back cover and burned board.
This is not funny, and mockery.

Sorry of my grammar mistakes.

Ok I see it, that could happen if headphones were connected and there was stress/pressure applied to them, something similar could happen to the micro USB port if pressure it's applied while the phone it's charging
