It's some days that my xperia doesn't connect well..it's slower so that I can't see videos or open the app store..what's the problem?how can I see if it's for my xperia or for my adsl?

Contact your carrier it might be a 

1. Poor network coverage

2. an old SIM card

I've already checked internet coverage and it seems ok..so I can't see..the SIM is new..it was all ok till 2 days ago..it would be a memory problem?

That seems like a network issue, go to 

settings > about phone > status > what is the signal strength

It's -101dBm and 6asu..

So isn't it a telephone problem?how can I have more signal?

There's nothing you can do, that's up to your carrier/network
