Xperia J screen frozen

Oh Gosh this Phone  ... i love it so much but it also behaves a lot.. this morning i Woke up, and i can notice that my touchscreen is totally unresponsive. the screen is locked. the volume and power buttons are working, but not the touchscreen.. i cannot even unlock my phone so bad for my girlfriend who might try to call me later, i will not even be able to pick up her call, and she will think wrong.... lol what to do? help please... i cannot even install anything, because i cannot even unlock my phone... help me in unlocking it

Download and install PC Companion and then try to back up your contacts from the phone.

sorry, i went out to drop some friends.. so now i managed to have acces to my fone, i exported the contacts to my sd card... now i dunno how to sync them

No need for that, SD card is safe from the wiping during the re-install process.

Hi guys,

same problem here. Once a week screen gets frozen. Sometimes helps the red button, but already twice i had to wait, until the battery drained out. Was just couple of hours with screen turned on.

I guess it will be a warranty claim, since I have that phone just for 3 months.
