After I had submerged my Sony Xperia Go in the water for a minimum of 2 minutes, i wiped the water off my phone and then I put the phone in my bag and after enjoying for a few minutes, i returned to my bag to check for messages and when my phone was opened, there was a great moist inside of my phone. Also after that, the sd card, headset connector, call light sensor and the touch pad is now malfuncioning and some is disabled. Is there still a possibility that my phone will be repaired and be as good as new? what will i do?

Open the flaps and check for the water damage indicators (white rectangles) if they are pink or red then that mean either
1) the flaps weren't properly closed
or
2) the phone might be faulty, if the later then you will need to take your phone to a Sony repair center and request a vacuum test.

by flaps you mean the openings for headset and charger right?
