Voice message feature on Facebook messenger doesn't work.

I've been using messenger for now, last time I had xperia Z and now sp. Both of the devices had the same problem, I couldn't send audio message, even if I try doing that, the messenger crashes and I wouldn't be able to send voice messages anymore on any other applications e.g. WhatsApp, Viber...and I'm unable to record audio on note app too. My friend with Samsung phone was able to send me a voice message, but I'm not. Also, some of the devices have call option on their messenger. Do you think it differs from region to region? I wouldn't like to change the topic but I wanna keep it to the voice message other than call.

If it woks on other phones then it should work on yours too...try a repair using PC Companion or RESET the phone...

If it had worked, it would've worked on my Xperia SP. Try reading it carefully. It didn't work on my Z nor on my SP. How would you expect flashing might solve? You answered/commented without reading it...because it's a software problem you think firmware flashing might be the solution.

Repairing using PC Companion is NOT flashing...

Reset is NOT flashing...

I guess in my simple English I said 'IF' there is an option which works on 'other handsets' (other handsets probably doesn't mean your non working handset) then it should work on your SP too. BECAUSE SP isn't from Adam's age.

I wouldn't comment on your 'readng first and then replying' comment!

It seems you know a lot, commissioner. Repairing with PC companion does the same as flashing. Same goes for reset. Also, SP doesnt have to be from adam's age. My old handset Z didn't support, Sp too doesn't support. My old was water damaged, but not this one. SP is my current one.
