you are not going to find specific dates for the release date, as it varies per region/network.

if your phone is or was locked to a carrier/network branded, it will be up to the, the network, to approve and release the update.

Hi,

I have the Xperia T and live in Israel and it's been updated to 4.1.2 long ago. I bought it from the original importer so that might affect the availability of the update. if it hasn't been updated yet i would check with the shop from whom you bought the phone...
