Unable to move App to SD Card

I have Xperia J and have updated to Andriod 4.1.2 and Build Number 11.2.A.0.21

I have downloaded an APP but unable to move the APP to my SD card. The option is only giving to move the APP to Phone or Internal Storage.

Although my SD card is accessible and working

Secondly how to set pictures/videos default location to SD Card

I f it's allowing you to transfer to Internal or Phone Memory it must already be on the SD Card
