Unable to move App to SD Card

I have Xperia J and have updated to Andriod 4.1.2 and Build Number 11.2.A.0.21

I have downloaded an APP but unable to move the APP to my SD card. The option is only giving to move the APP to Phone or Internal Storage.

Although my SD card is accessible and working

Secondly how to set pictures/videos default location to SD Card

I just got my xperia J and face the same problem. Some apps and games I can't even install because there is too little memory space on the phone, and the 16GB on the memory card can't be used for that. Is there any news in the meantime about a fix for this problem? maybe with a jelly bean update?

otherwise the xperia J is pretty much useless and I'll probably have to return it 😞

Xperia J is my first smart phone...when i compare it with other models my friends have it makes me look like a fool...

Apps can't be moved into the external sd card??WTH??

Has sony decided not to be customer friendly??

My home is loaded with sony goods(tv,music system,dvd player),and i must tell you i've never been this much unsatisfied with sony.

Please look into this issue(APP to EXTERNAL SD CARD) and sort it in the next update.

Also do tell me if you have a built in task manager,if not include it.

Other brands have a one touch task killer whereas i've to open each running task to kill it.

I Want To Place App Data Of NFS Most Wanted And Other big Games (The Dark Knight, Wild Blood etc) On My Device. I Have A Rooted Device.

Please tell Me How To Do So OR Tell Me Whether My Process Is Correct Or Not-

1) I Rooted My phone And Installed Titanium Backup Pro!

2) I Than installed NFS Most Wanted App (I Installed Only App and did not copied its sd data files till this step)

3) I than Moved The App To Ext SD Card

And Now I Cant Find Where The Game's SD Data Is To be Placed.

Please Correct Me If I'm Wrong Or Suggest Any Other method!
Please Help Me Out Guys!

download atk and use app2sd-card, can i move any application to sdcard without error if i mount and unmount sd card?

because with my previous handheld, when i mount and unmount sd card, there's pop-up and tell that my application is stopped working

I have the exact same phone with the same problem.  Now I cannot even update apps as my Internal storage and phone memory are full.  I was sold a 32GB SD card with the phone and they installed it for me with no information that there is a problem here, please solve this problem asap.

This is how this phone is designed. You have a phone memory and a separate "app memory" (internal storage) where you can transfer the apps. The SD card is intended for music/media.

Regarding how to set pictures/videos default location you open up camera > settings > data storage > SD card.

I UANBLE TO MOVE ALL APPS FROM PHON MEOERY TO THE INTERNAL MEMEORY, ONLY FEW OF APP HAVING OPTION TO MOVE ON INTERNAL MEOERY

ALSO SONY MUST WORK IT ON AS ALL APPS CAN BE MOVE ON EXTERNAL MEMORY CARD.
