Transfer of App from Phone Memory to SD Car

Hi,

I have just bought Sony Xperia SP in India.

I have installed few apps and games on the phone.

I wish to transfer these apps and games on SD card however there is no provision of moving the same from Phone memory to SD card. The only option I could see was transfer to photos/ music & Videos.

Could you please suggest any option for moving the games & apps from Phone's Internal memory to SD card (a feature which is available in Xperia Neo).

I tried using few apps available on play store like App2SD etc however I was unable to move the games & apps to SD card.

Would appreciate your solution on the above.

Regards,

Ajay

You cannot move your apps to sd,it is not available in the software. You can root to get that option, but that might void warranty.

It is a developers decision for now(also the apps do not allow). Those which allow are not that many.

Yes, this is a developers decision, but Android developers. Android 4.1 and later in default doesn't allow this...

Of course,Android developers. There are apps which allow you to save data to sd,but very few.

Hey everyone i was wondedring (somebody smart enough so not me :p) could start a Petition to make Sony add APP2SD on 4.3 Update as i heard they haven't and it is beyond *Bleeping* funny :@ as a long term Sony Customer I feel Obliged to have this option as it has a quite powerful cpu and graphics but lack the memory and tranferablity (without Rooting) of Apps especially ones **bleep** as OaCo, Modern Combat, Nova ect...

apparently the T has this option and is 16gig as oposed to 8... **bleep** is wrong with Sony LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!

If i could find someone to start the petition do you think Sony would listen to it's customers and add this option?

Thanks guys and gal Slightly_smiling_Face

Hello Alex, as a Sony moderator maybe you can help me with my issue.

My Sony Xperia Z1 is giving me this message: "Your internal storage is 100% full. Transferring data to SD card is recommended to free internal storage." I am given 3 choices to transfer data "Photos, Videos and Music". All of which say "0 files. 0.0KB." My available space on SD Card is 11.1GB, yet I cannot transfer any files, so my only option is "Cancel".

Can you offer me a solution to this problem please??
