I went today to the agency in my city Cairo - EGYPT , they told me the same you told me in the ref. answer .
Now my phone is working perfect without any error at all . but the led is always green.
They told me my phone could close any time in the future and even if they will try to fix or clean it the phone may stop working and need new board or battery and I will have to pay 70% from its value
My warranty still working and I am really so sad for this bad service from my lovely company . I used to get Sony mobiles for 10 years ago . I wish I will not change my opinion about the company
If you please try to make any exception for me by emailing the company in Cairo
