SONY XPERIA NEO V repair complaint

I have submitted my SONY XPERIA NEO V(IMEI: 358517046688900) to SONY CARE CENTRE IN 47 CHANDIGARH on 27 AUG 2012.(work order no: SE31289212193)

They told me that it will be ready in a week. But, when I called them they asked me to call back in a week. They have been repeating this for the last four weeks.

I feel that this response is very frustrating as I had to waste a lot of time(more than 1 month). The reason provided is that the parts have not yet reached the service center, which is unjustifiable.

I am extremely unsatisfied with the company and the service provided.

I would be happy if any action is taken against these cheaters.

I have using the mobile xperia neo v from one and half year.but when I am using Bluetooth transfer it getting switch off and getting software complaint.till now 3 times a head the compliant repeated I cant understand wat is the problem and what is the solution.can u tell me the solution for this problem.
