problem downloading the apps

i am having a problem downloading application such as games and others.

i have connected to the internet, i have tried downloading the apps but it didnt work.

could you explain it in detail??? tks:-)

if your on GB: press Power Button>screenshot

if your on ICS: press Power Button and Volume Down AT THE SAME TIME

there are only 3 options,airplane mode,silent mode and power off

no i didnt, i have the first photo, i dont have google play, but i have PlayNow

but the third til the last photos are similar with PlayNow or playstore

oh I see, try upgrading to android version 2.3.4 if you could, it has many added features, such as the screenshot and the google play..
