Lock Screen touch problem

The touch input is not working properly when I try to unlock the phone by sliding the lock icon and even when using the visible pattern lock. I have to try multiple times before I am able to unlock it properly. Please reply,i don't no what to do to make it work,i have tried resetting the phones settings but that didn't work.

it's not worth. He'll be waiting 90 days to repair, and after 2-3 weeks problem will be back. It's software problem. Wait first to .587 FW. It's close to update because PCCompanion was updated.

        Same problem is with my Neo V and canone explain that it is because of ics had damage the hardware.

i am getting both touch and mother board replaced, will this problem will come again and please suggest me should i UPDATE it again to ICS or use it in GB only as read some where that ICS is causing hardware issues.

I have the same problem with slide to unlock to answer a call  or schem to unlock.

I have the Kyno V the french name of Neo V updating to ICS with sony companion.

This is my first Sony Xperia after some HTC product and probably the last...

I contact support by email and asking for fast resolution, in second time I send registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

At least If there is no solution provided by support I ask for money back with deposit of complaint.

today I fixed my touchscreen by cleaning by cleaning paste for LCD panels. Works very good...

I own a rooted sony neo v with the same problems....no unlocking swifting worked after several attempts etc...The solution was to delete the program "disable service" that i had instoled,now its good as new...!So my advice is to check and delete all unessessary programs...youre welcome!
