Is it a defect?or is it normal?

As you can see,there is two greyish strip on the LED Strip.It looks like a void tape.Or is it?

It takes some time before uploaded pictures are shown

That is normal as everybody has said. That's part of internal circuit, most probably to supply signal/power to strip.
