How to free Internal phone memory?

The Internal memory of my Sola shows some of folders of apps that are no more installed in my phone. Can I delete them manually or is there any other safe method to clear unneccesary files and folders to free Internal memory without deleting necessary/supporting files of other apps???

Easiest is to either install a file manager from Play Store or to otherwise connect your phone via USB to be able to remove them.

Make sure you don't erase folders with info that you'd like to keep!

I know how to delete them manually. I'm asking is there any way to delete only the unnessary files or folders? I may not know which files/folders are useless. Not knowingly I may delete the supporting files of other apps or android OS supporting files.

Well I think there is no other way except deleting the folders/files manually. 🙂
