Mobile Data Problem after the Lollipop Update

I just updated my T2 phone a few hours ago and the mobile data is not working. I noticed that the H+ icon still appears in the notification bar but all of my apps aren't able to go online. WiFi is working properly. Hope that someone can help me out with this one. I love Sony so much!!

reinstall the latest update with PCC, it will smooth things out 

PC Companion (PCC)

Bridge (for Mac)

Welcome to the Community.


I would also double check that your Access Point Names are set up correctly. Go to Settings > More… > Internet Settings. To download the correct calibrations from your network operator.

Thanks for responding on this thread. I was able to make it work again by reformatting my handset. I just cant understand why it stop working after the Lollipop update

There are myriad reasons, usually after a major update it's wise to reinstall the latest update to smooth things out and improve battery life.

Well I hope that Sony will be able to straighten out this kinds of issue with the updates because I'm looking forward to update my mobile handset with teh newer Xperia models that is avaiable in the market
