How can I do screenshot in Xperia P (GB)?

I can't find it on the power button unlike my old Xperia Ray.

Press the Power button for a while and u can find the option there

There is no such option when I press and hold the power button. There are only options such as power off, airplane mode and the sound settings.

Can you take a screenshot of the options available? and can you try if holding both Volume down + power button take a screenshot?
