front camera isn't working any more

hi. i have a problem with my xperia u front camera. i bought it 2 monthes ago and everything worked ok but today i tried to take picture with front camera but when i swiched it from normal to front it stood steel  camera started not responting and when i had to force close it. so, from that moment i have same problem when i try to open it. and more, after several force even normal camera dont starts any more. please help.

First try restarting the phone and see if that helps. If not, does the cameras work from the phones service menu? Open the dialer and dial *#*#7378423#*#* and go to service tests to try the cameras.

camera sometimes works and sometimes don't. I tried it and there is still black screen only. and after several force close even  general camera starts not working and then i have to restart phone

Try making a repair of the phones software using a computer and the USB-cable and see if that helps. You can find software for that on http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/phones/xperia-u/.

Hi... My Sony Xperia XA Ultra Dual sim, front cam is not working please do help me... Ive already tried the latest software update, restart my phone, restore factory... And non of those help...
