It's one of the worst phone!!! No fastboot mode !!!! when i push volume up and connect it to PC , Blue light after several seconds changes to red and go in charging mode!!! Android is one of the best , but not on Xperia families....:smileyangry:
You should open device manager and check the driver is installed when entering into fastboot and if not then as you would do with any manual driver installation - Right click said missing driver and choose update or you could have check the Sony site for the Fastboot driver http://developer.sonymobile.com/downloads/drivers/fastboot-driver/

But my Xperia SP doesn't go on recovery mode. When I press volume up repeatedly (when sony logo appeard) nothing happen. For this problem what should I do?
There is no recovery mode on Sony devices - unless you have your device switched off then holding volume up connect your device to a Pc via the usb cable then and only then will Fastboot mode work, you could try Flashtool and ask it via it's options to reboot into Fastboot mode
