Enabling Data

I've always disabled the Mobile Network feature in the past until only recently. The "Data enabled" box is checked, does this mean that I will be able to use data plans now? I does not seem like it's working to me.

do you have a data plan?

the purpose of that icon is to turn on and off your data plan, but if you don't have one, it won't work, leave it off if you don't have a data plan

I have a data plan hence why I turned it on.

do you have the correct APN settings?

settings > xperia > internet settings
