Hi,
I have a Sony Experia Go. And the Other Day on the PC Companion, there was an update for the Software (ST27)... I Downloaded and updated the Phone. And It went through for a while. Anf After it updated the Phone, It said the restart would take some time. Its been 24 hours and still on the Screen i just see the Rainbow Color line just going across and still no sign of turning on.
I tried to Force Shutdown and Turn it on, But that Comes to the Sony Logo, Then to the Battery Charging Logo and Then back to the Rainbow lines going across.
Please Help...

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
I suggest that you disconnect the phone from any kind of power source > Hold the ON/OFF button + volume up(+) for 10 seconds and the phone should power off completely. Without powering it on, connect it to the charger via wall socket and let it charge for 2-3 hours.
When you have charged it for a while, I suggest that you perform a software repair via PC Companion:

In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.
Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.

Hello..I have the same problem.After a follow your steps to fix my phone ..in the end I cant repair/update my phone because it says that pc companion doesnt have any new version for you phone
I Do as you say, but my pc cant detect my phone. its still on the logo "SONY" Xperia and the flashy rainbow thing, when i plugged it it does have sounds on my pc. but it doesnt detected. help me please
