can't view images on gallery. xperia neo

i tried updating the phone but still images on gallery doesnt show up, please help..

yes, run Update Service as if you were going to update and at the bottom should give you the option to install anyway/repair, same is true for PC Companion

algo I want to you to try something, go to settings -> accounts & sync -> tap on google, facebook and uncheck picasa/albums in gallery

and take a screenshot of your Gallery app (and post it here)

anytime, let me know if it works. I think that maybe just maybe you are syncing your picasa and fb's albums and thus slowing down your gallery

I have encountered the same question before,after that,i create an image viewer,then my images can be seen suceessfully.
