Just phoned EE and they said contact you, I've just bought a Bluetooth speaker, my phone pairs and plays but keeps stopping after about 20sec it doesn't lose its pairing and you can press play and it will restart again but keeps stopping, tried two other phones which work fine, I'm enclined to think it's an amateur which has caused this, is there a way you can resend an update to see if it corrects this is, as I don't want to flash my phone as it will take a lot to reinstall everything
